She is credited with television work on the shows That ’70s Show, Law and Order and The Ghost Whisperer. Early Tuesday the 25th, the 32 year old was booked in a Los Angeles jail for allegedly driving drunk, kicking a police officer and escaping from police custody. Her arrest took place just before midnight on the 600 block of Harper Avenue, near Melrose.

Warren was pulled over and arrested near her home after she was reportedly seen crashing her Toyota Prius into three parked cars. The cars she hit were counted as three separate collisions. The police spotted her after she hit the cars and then fled the scene. Police managed to get Warren to stop and although she tried to resist arrest, they arrested her under suspicion of felony drunk driving. They also charged her with hit and run allegations. The beauty allegedly got angry and during the struggle, kicked the arresting police officer. She was immediately re-arrested under the count of battery and assaulting an officer.

After failing a police administered field sobriety test, Warren was transported to Wilshire women’s police station. Warren was being held in a holding room while the police worked up the arrest report and booking process. Although it is not clear how, the model somehow slipped out of her handcuffs and ran out the back door of the station in an attempt to escape. The station was prepared to launch a full on search but they quickly caught her and returned her to the station.. This tacked on yet another charge of felony escape.

A police source is quoted as saying “she was really hammered”. She was also reported to be uncooperative and demanding.

There are four total charges pending against Warren- driving under the influence, assault, hit and run and felony escape. The Los Angeles police department has confirmed that she is currently being held in jail in lieu of $100,000 bail. Calls to her rep were not returned.
