Basseterre – National Bank is sponsoring the live streaming of the London Olympic Games from July 27 to August 12, 2012 on The CABLE’s channel 98. Persons living on the South East Peninsular can view the games on channel 80. Channels 98 and 80 have been added to the basic package to make the coverage available to all subscribers. Broadcast of the opening ceremony will commence in St. Kitts at 4:00 p.m. July 27.
Residents of St. Kitts will be among the 4 billion worldwide audience to witness the opening ceremony titled “Isles of Wonder” which will feature 10,000 athletes from 205 nations.
The Federation will be represented in track and field by Kim Collins 2003 100 metre World Champion, Delwayne Delaney, Lestrad Roland, Jason Rogers, Brijesh Lawrence, Antoine Adams and Tameka Williams.
