Chinese-speaking website Mobile.it168.com is responsible for this latest leak, which shows the yet-to-be-launched Galaxy S4 in all of its glory. Compared to the photos and video leaked by 52Samsung, another Chinese website, these show more high-quality photos that give us a better look at the superphone.
The site claims that the Galaxy S4 will be a mere 7.7mm slim. It also confirms previous reports of the smartphone sporting an octa-core processor and a 5-inch display.
Previous reports say that the handset will be powered by Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) and have Samsung’s TouchWiz run on top of Android. It is also said to sport 2GB of RAM and a 13-megapixel primary camera.
The Galaxy S4 has large shoes to fill, especially with the Galaxy S3, its predecessor, dominating the smartphone market. However, with superphones such as the HTC One, it remains to be seen if Samsung’s flagship will be as dominant.
Before anything else, Samsung hasn’t officially unveiled the S4, not until tonight. So we can’t say for sure if these photos show the real deal or not.
