Repair site FixYa has made a study, which compares device manufacturer’s reliability. Their study has determined that Apple’s iPhone is the most reliable smartphone around.
The study gave Apple an overall score of 3.47, which lands it in first place. Samsung scored 1.21, which lands it in second place. Nokia scored 0.68, which lands it in third place. Motorola scored 0.13, which landed it in fourth place.
The site says that one of the things FixYa users like about the iPhone is its “Reliability”. According to the study, “FixYa users lauded the reliability of the iPhone, stating that it is almost always working as intended in regards to core features and never hits a constant roadblock with one feature. This isn’t to say there were no complaints about the product. Rather, it’s an indication that the issues weren’t showstoppers and rarely continued to crop up consistently on a weekly basis.”
Other pros include the iPhone’s “Dead Simple UI” and its highly popular “App Ecosystem”.
Although FixYa says the iPhone is the most reliable smartphone in the market, it does have its fair share of cons. The site says that it “Lacks Customizability”, doesn’t have a good battery, and lacks “new features with new models”.
