A survey was recently carried out by Informa Telecoms in order to determine which smartphone models were the most highly recommended by staff in a number of prominent high street retailers in the UK.
In total, eight different retailers were approached by researchers posing as mystery shoppers, including PC World, John Lewis, Phones 4U and Carphone Warehouse. Members of staff were asked which phones they recommend the most highly, and the results of the survey show that the Samsung Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note 2 were recommended far more highly by staff in these retailers than the Apple iPhone 5.Visit our website to learn more about the Samsung Galaxy S3, where you can also compare prices for the Samsung Galaxy S3.

Of course, the Samsung Galaxy S4 is reportedly set to be unveiled and launched in coming weeks, so it looks like Samsung will be able to gain an even larger lead on competitors, as this device will no doubt be another bestseller. There are also reports that an Apple iPhone 5S is in the pipeline, scheduled for a summer release, so the smartphone market is sure to be shaken up once again in the near future. Of course, Apple will certainly have to produce something special with the iPhone 5S is to compete with Samsung.
