Apple launched their newest iPhone iteration just last September 21. Yes, the iPhone 5 finally came and Samsung recently launched their sequel to the big and famous Galaxy Note. I am talking about the new Samsung Galaxy Note 2. Korea’s tech giant Samsung said that their new Galaxy Note 2 will come to 128 countries (this includes the US, where Samsung lost a patent case with Apple and settled $1.05 Billion for damages).
The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is bigger than Samsung’s latest flagship the Galaxy S3 and slightly bigger than the Galaxy Note. Like its predecessor, this handset comes in with the famous “S pen”. You can use this for writing notes and even drawing.
Recently, Samsung’s head of mobile unit J.K. Shin stated the following: “We believe global sales of the Galaxy note 2 for the first three months will be more than three times those of the previous version”.
When it comes to Samsung aiming for something big, they do deliver. They have sold 10 million units of the Galaxy Note since it was first released back in November. In addition, they have also sold about 20 million units of their latest baby, the Galaxy S3. Take note, this was released only last May. He also added that “It took us some time to establish this new product category in the global market … but now we get far better response than the past .”
This new handset is powered by the Jelly Bean and packs a speedy 1.6GHz quad-core processor. It also comes in with a 5’5 display screen. Yes, we may have a lot of new devices launched side by side, but the new Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is here to stay.
What are you waiting for? Think big! Think of the big and mighty Samsung Galaxy Note 2.
