It looks like Samsung is not just determined to let Apple ruin their latest release with recent buzz about Cupertino’s filing of sales injunction appeal to a US Court. This is Cupertino’s attempt in preventing the sales of Samsung’s latest handset and newest flagship the Samsung Galaxy S3.
Samsung (South Korean conglomerate) pushed aside and ignored the said injunction made by Apple. This also does not stop Samsung from revealing the successor of the Galaxy S2 across a couple of carriers in the US.
“Samsung believes Apple’s request is without merit. We will vigorously oppose the request. We would also like to assure consumers that the U.S. launch and sales of the Samsung Galaxy SIII will proceed as planned.” This is the recent statement made by Samsung.
Now, we think that it will be quite an interesting show as Apple and Samsung battles it out again. This is most especially true as the latest iPhone generation is soon to hit the market arena. With the current success of the Galaxy S3, it is quite obvious that the game of winning the throne have just started for Samsung and Apple.
