It doesn’t take that long when people get tired of what you are offering them. This is most especially true when it comes to mobile phones. As you can see, big phone manufacturers in the like of Samsung can only do much. Yes, they can keep on giving us amazing smartphones but we know how they attract the market by simply releasing existing phone models in a new colour variant. Yes, in Korea, Samsung released a Pink version of their latest flagship the Galaxy S3. This marketing technique was obviously enough to draw in more clients who wanted to have their phone in Pink. Now, the very same technique was followed in the UK when Samsung released the new red variant of the Galaxy S3. For some reason, with the holiday season nearing us, this phone will definitely draw in more Galaxy S3 lovers in the UK and the US.
If that news is not enough, then wait until I tell you about a UK online retailer called Expansys. Yes, not only do they carry the new red Samsung Galaxy S3, they are also offering this handset with a cut-back price of £429.99. Yes, this is cheaper than the phone’s initial price (well, about £100 cheaper). I think the new colour variant and the cut-back price of it is more than enough to draw in more people.
Now, as I’ve mentioned earlier, this very same colour will land on the US for AT&T customers. The only major difference is that the UK is using the international version of the Galaxy S3 with a quad-core Exynos processor with 1GB worth of RAM. The US version is only powered by a dual-core Qualcomm S4 processor with 2GB worth of RAM.
Specs of the UK and US Samsung Galaxy S3 red are as follows: 4.8” HD Super AMOLED display; 8MP rear shutter; 1.9MP front shutter; Video recording at 1080p; Bluetooth; micro-SIM card slot; 21Mbps HSPA; Wi-Fi; and more.
So UK and US, are you ready for the new Samsung Galaxy S3 in red?
